Jensen Jewelers is absolutely amazing! I was originally planning to go back in just to get my wedding ring cleaned, and had brought a sentimental ring along as well. I had recently broken the band on the sentimental ring, I was hoping to wear on my wedding day as it matches one my grandmother has, but was unsure if it could get fixed in time. I brought it in to see if they could fix it, they said they could! Not only that, they told me they could ship it to me to make sure I had it in time for the wedding. And it gets better, they not only kept their word on having it fixed before the wedding, but they had it fixed before I even left the greater Grand Rapids area, so I was able to pick it back up the same day! I will continue to recommend Jensen Jewelers, they truly care about their customers. Thank you! I had heard via word of mouth that this is the best place to look at rings. I’ve been to multiple places throughout Grand Rapids looking for a wedding band to match my engagement ring without luck. I went to Jensen’s today and worked with Taralynn, who helped me find a beautiful ring that matched perfectly in only a matter of minutes. I only tried on  one ring before she was able to find me the one. Taralynn was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I found Jensen by chance,  I had bought a diamond from Jareds and got home and was just not feeling at all excited about the purchase, I felt so much pressure and was tag teamed by two workers at jareds.  I got online and googled Jeweler stores in grand rapids and came across their site, after reading all the reviews I knew I had to come check out what they had.  With that being said the next day I called Jareds to tell them not to ship my ring out  (since they said they couldnt work with platinum and my ring would be gone for 8 weeks due to they would have to send it out to a laser shop to be worked on)  They said my ring was there and had not been sent out, however when I went to pick it up and do the return, they pulled me into a small room to tell me that they pulled my original diamond out of my setting, then told me they would have to see if their gold smith could reset it.  Without my permission the goldsmith tried to reset the diamond, and in doing so butchered my beautiful scott kay setting.   Then they tried to tell me that it would be 400 dollars for them to fix (but I had to pay it) and they still had to send it out and it would be gone 8 weeks!   I was sooo upset, then they said if I was willing to purchase the other diamond they would set it for free...(the new 7000 dollar diamond of course, not my own)  I was being cornered and I was not about to give them a dime.   I went to Jensen sooo worried they would tell me there would be nothing they could do, instead Glen their goldsmith told me that he could fix my ring, and set my new 1ct diamond from Jensen into my setting, and he did this in 2, yes 2 days!!!   My ring is as good as new, and so beautiful.   Amy and Tara were so amazing and HONEST with me.....they told me to file a complaint with the BB against Jareds, and I will be doing that.   Dan the owner came out and talked to me as well, and he was amazing!  I spent four hours with them looking at diamonds.....they even let me look at them outside in the natural light!!  How amazing is that!   Please dont make the same mistake I made....dont go to Jareds, or Rogers and Holland, or Zales or any mall store.....make the drive and go to Jensen!
