I went to Jensen on the recommendation of a friend to see if they could fix a bracelet that belonged to my mother who had recently passed away. Everyone was so kind and empathetic. Cannot say enough good things about Jensen Jewelers. While going through my parents estate I came across some coins that I did not know the value of. This review is way overdue. Jensen Jewelers is truly incredible. It’s where I got both my engagement ring and my wedding band, and the experience was so wonderful that there was never a question about where I would go when I wanted a memorial piece to honor my mother-in-law, who suddenly passed away. I cannot sing Jewell’s praises enough. She was there through my entire wedding ring process and is such a genuine, kind person—so fun, incredibly patient, and truly invested in her clients. Less than a week before the funeral, I reached out to her knowing I didn’t have much of a budget, but hoping to find an estate emerald ring (my mother-in-law’s birthstone). Jewell knew my style immediately, picked out the most perfect piece, sent me photos, and went above and beyond by dropping it off at my house when it was hard for me to get in. You don’t get that kind of care at big box stores like Jared or Kay Jewelers. You get it from hometown businesses run by people who love what they do and genuinely care for everyone who walks through their doors. Had a great experience at Jensens. I went to a large chain jeweler in the mall, and they tried to pull the wool over my eyes. I saw through it and went to Jensens for a small town business feel and for a great deal and great staff. The wife lost her diamond in wedding ring around Christmas, and large chain told me double what Jensens wanted. I did choose an estate diamond, and I went from a 1/3 to 1/2 carrot. With repair of prongs and new diamond I spent 3/4 with Jensens of the price at large chain wanted for just the diamond. I worked with Mardell and Jewel on my wife’s ring and resizing. They were both fantastic people to work with and very well versed in their work. I also worked with Jewel and found myself an upgraded wedding band that I love.
